Hello!

Despite saying I’m never, ever going to run a half marathon ever again I have somehow found myself getting ready to line up and do the Great North Run on the 7th September. Now, one thing you need to know about me is that I run like I have my knees tied together and at the speed of a very old tortoise 😂 In order to get me through all the miles of training I have been going out with my best running partners - Nancy and Frankie (AKA the Sinatras). These two amazing rescue dogs have been my constant running companions through mud, rain, ice and even some sun and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without them 🐾🐾

Both Nancy and Frankie came to me from the amazing Valgrays Border Collie Rescue and so I would like to try and help raise some much needed funds to help them carry on finding amazing homes for rescue dogs. Even if you you can only spare £1 it will all add up and keep me motivated in getting to the finish line.
