Hello!

I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon this year for City Hospice in memory of my great auntie Mia. 🕊️

Mia was a force of nature with a zest for life that never left her. She had the kindest heart and an absolutely wicked sense of humour and she is missed every day.

Life is unpredictable but City Hospice are there to help families care for their loved ones in the comfort of their own homes right up until the end. They provided emotional support to our family during the worst time of our lives. In the weeks and months that followed they have stayed in touch, offering bereavement counselling, letting us know that they are still there for us. In order for charities like this to continue providing this level of comfort and care, they need our support.

Any donation made to City Hospice will ensure that others receive the same level of support during their time of need.
