We are asking for all the help we can get in the development of our 7-day, luxury, holistic, positive mindset retreat. To help those who have served and still serving in the UK Armed Forces, and give them the tools to get through tough times.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Personnel from RRU Cosford will be conducting a 24-hour challenge, completing 5km every hour on the hour. The event will take place at RAF Cosford Athletic track on 30th September 2023. The event will begin at 1200hrs and run for 24 hours.

The charity event will be conducted in support of Head Up – Mental Health awareness for UK Armed Forces. Head Up was created by four veterans, intending to promote mental health awareness for UK Armed Forces, and help forces personnel build a positive mindset and improve their mental resilience. Head Up’s aim is to develop a holistic and positive 7-day retreat. This retreat will be there for all those who have served, and are still serving, in any service of the UK military, who wish to improve their mindset and outlook.
