We are a team from 90 Signals Unit deploying to Romania as part of a routine NATO enhanced air policing.

We are going to participate in the RAFA V50 challenge, whereby we walk/run/row/cycle a total of 50 miles (each) within 7 days, whilst still working our normal routine!

The training begins now (hopefully) and we are aiming to raise as much as possible for the amazing work that RAFA do for the whole Air Force family.

RAFA are a charity aimed at helping to sustain a resilient and empowered RAF community, including serving personnel, RAF veterans and their families.

They work to reduce loneliness and isolation by helping all generations to remain active, thriving and valued members of their local communities.

After the events huge success since its creation in 2020, where approximately 1350 participants have raised over £94,000 for the RAF Association, the challenge is on again.

People have taken part all across the UK and in the USA, Canada, Romania, the Falklands, Iraq, Qatar, UAE, Oman and Cypru

The challenge is on from 29 April - 5 May 2924.
