Hi, I’m Rafi and my bar mitzvah is in 6 weeks time. As a bar mitzvah challenge, I am running 13 x 5km runs with my dad. I am fit and play lots of football but running 13 long distance runs in 6 weeks will be really tough. It will be even harder as I’m running with my dad, who’s now getting too old and slow for me to run with!

I am raising money for Beit Halochem, a charity that rehabilitates wounded soldiers in Israel. It’s a really important charity because of the ongoing war so any donations would be really amazing.
