Alsama means "the sky" in Arabic. They educate refugee teenagers and empower refugee women.

Alsama sets up education centres, sports hubs and social enterprises in refugee camps in Lebanon.

They are the first - and often only - source of education for our students. Most arrive illiterate in Arabic, unable to speak English or to perform any Maths. In just 3 months They eradicate illiteracy, and in 6 years they provide 12 years of education preparing their students to progress to Higher Education.
