Story

Towards the end of 2024, my wife Kirsty was diagnosed with breast cancer—a moment that changed our lives in an instant. Navigating the emotional and practical challenges of a cancer diagnosis is incredibly difficult, but charities like Maggie’s make a world of difference.

Maggie’s provides free support to people living with cancer, as well as their families, offering everything from expert advice to a comforting space where no one has to face cancer alone. Their centres across the UK, including here in Glasgow, are a lifeline for so many.

To give back to this incredible charity, I’m taking on the Glasgow Kiltwalk in April to raise funds for Maggie’s and help them continue their vital work. Every donation, big or small, will go towards supporting people like my wife—and countless others—through one of the toughest times in their lives.

If you’re able to contribute, I’d be so grateful for your support. Together, we can make a real difference 🫶🏻.

Thank you.
