We provide free ‘Homes from Home’ to keep families together

Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page! I am excited to share that I will be taking on the biggest physical and mental challenge of my life – a 12-day trek to Everest Base Camp. I am raising vital funds for The Sick Children’s Trust, the charity that provides a 'Home from Home' for families with seriously ill children in hospital. All donations will go directly to the Charity.

I'm afraid of heights and I dont like being cold or walking! Therefore I will be seriously out of my comfort zone and will be tackling my fears head on. I will be climbing beyond base camp, to a himalayan peak at 5,600m. Mont Blanc (highest peak in Europe) is only 4,800m, so it’s a significant altitude. I’ll be walking for seven or eight hours a day for nearly two weeks.

I truly appreciate your support in this journey. Together, we can make a significant impact on the lives of these families. Your generous donations will allow The Sick Children's Trust to continue their incredible work.
