This June I'll be joining Young Minds and getting #OutInTheOpen. I have been challenged to complete 300,000 steps in just 30 days, and raise vital funds along the way to support young people's mental health. I hope you are able to donate something towards the cause.

As at 16 June, i have completed 181439 steps - 60.48% of target
