Rakan’s Charity challenge for Palestine’s in Gaza

On friday 19th of July 7am start

I will be doing the hardest challenge I have done. I’m doing this to raise as much awareness and aid that I can for what the people of Palestine are going through, I feel like it is my duty to do so.

I’ll be doing 10 rounds of 100 pull ups, 200 press ups, 300 sit ups and 5 kilometre run in under 24hrs. A total of 1000 pulls ups, 2000 press ups, 3000 sit ups and 50 kilometres of running.

Most of the world are watching in silence while the Israeli government are committing genocide to the people of Gaza, no humanity, just a lot of hate and racism.

Most people are scared of the consequences from speaking up or sharing their thoughts, that’s how much fear the Israeli government has put into this world we live in where many people are suffering. This should not be happening in this day and age, the whole world needs to wake up, stop this before it is too late!
