Hi, my name is Ralph and I am 7 years old. In June 2024, I sadly lost my Great Grandma to Vascular Dementia. Since then, I’ve been lucky to attend a grief café run by a charity called Andy’s Angels. Going to the café has helped me feel more comfortable talking to my Mummy and Daddy about how much I miss my Great Grandma. Mummy tells me that all the other children there have also lost someone special, so I know I’m not alone. To help support the charity so they can keep helping other children and families like mine, I am going to run 1km every day in December—rain or snow—in memory of my wonderful Great Grandma.
