Ramadhan 2026 Deployment Team

Following our tradition from previous years, In Shaa Allah, we will travel this Ramadhan to personally lead our annual deployment, ensuring that both our zakaat and yours reach those in need before Eid ul-fitr.

In Shaa Allah this Ramadhan, the following brothers will be travelling to Pakistan to personally deliver your Zakaat and Sadaqah before Eid.

The volunteers joining this deployment will pay for their own flights and accommodation.

• Not a penny of your direct donation money will be used for

travel or

accommodation

• Your Zakaat and Sadaqah will reach the people

it is intended for

• 100% of your donation is used directly for aid

• We personally oversee distribution,

providing full video/photo evidence

• We will ensure your donations and the money raised will be distributed before Eid.

To clarify, any volunteers joining the trip will continue to fund their own travel and hotel expenses.

However, the administrative team of SKT Charity will have their essential travel and accommodation costs covered through Gift Aid. This ensures that your direct donations can be used on a 100% distribution basis, meaning no deductions are taken from the funds you donate toward the charitable cause.

We will be visiting families in the following districts of Southern Punjab:

• Sahiwal

• Okara

• Nankana Sahib

Our goal is to support 5,000 families, providing food packs that can feed an entire household for one month during Ramadan.

Each food pack costs £30 and contains essential staples to feed a family of 4 for the month:

• Sugar (Fine Quality) – 5 kg

• Basmati Rice (Super Kernel) – 8 kg

• Lentil Channa – 2 kg

• Lentils Moong – 2 kg

• Lentil Masoor – 2 kg

• Chickpeas (White Channa) – 2 kg

• Gram Flour (Besan) – 2 kg

• Wheat Flour (Whole Grain Atta) – 15 kg

• Red Chilli Powder – 100 g

• Mixed Spices (Garam Masala) – 100 g

• Iodized Salt – 800 g

• Ghee (Meezan Banaspati) – 2.5 kg

• Black Tea (Lipton/Supreme) – 170 g

• Dates – 1 kg

• Rooh Afza – 800 ml

• Transportation, packing, loading & offloading – 1 kit

£30 may feel small here, but it provides a month of dignity, nourishment, and relief for a family in need.

UPDATE 11/03/2027

All food packs purchased in the last 10 days of ramadhan will cost in the region of £35 each due to the fuel and transportation cost increase as direct result of the war currently in the Middle East.
