This November I'll be getting out of the kitchen and into the water... swimming 10k to raise money for our amazing local charity Mind Mosaic and would be so appreciative of any donations of you can spare a penny or two!

These guys have been amazing support to not only myself but others I know dealing with mental health issues, grief, depression... they are absolute gems.

To top it off my gorgeous mamma is joining me! This does not mean we'll be sharing the 10k between us - we ain't cheating! 10k each ;)
