On July 20th, Rameez, Jan and Yousuf will be running a half marathon to raise urgent funds for Human Appeal’s global relief efforts — supporting people suffering across Gaza, Sudan, Yemen, Syria, and other regions facing severe humanitarian crises.

Millions including children are living without access to clean water, food, shelter, or medical care due to conflict and poverty.
