This year has been extremely difficult for everybody, but especially so for the hard-working charities out there.

To help I have decided to take on the hardest challenge that I will ever do, even harder then the one that i had completed in 2021.

On the 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th & 8th July 2023 I will be playing 4 rounds of golf for 6 straight days.

I will be walking around 155 miles which is walking 6 marathons in 6 days.

I will be out playing golf with a different playing partner for each of the 24 rounds , swinging the golf club over 2600 time and only getting 4.5 hours sleep per day.

Last year was painful but I am adding an extra day this year and I don't know my body will cope.

I will get through the challenge because I know my efforts will help others in need.

In 2016 I played 16 rounds of golf and raised £17800 , with some of this money raised we were privileged to have taken 57 cancer patients along with a family member from Help Harry Help others cancer centre on a trip to London to see Mamma Mia.

We also had a night out to the Hippodrome to see the same show for another 20 cancer centre users.

The thing that struck me the most is that I found our friends at the centre were so happy and exited to have something different to look forward to.

2021 I had completed my challenge of 20 rounds a day over 5 days, the amount raised was £28500 and this went to 5 Charities.

From the £50000 that I am raising this year I would like to make the following split between the 5 charities this year.

£5000 to GFI

£10000 to RARE

£3000 - £4000 to MNDA the amount will be to top up the Madam Captains charity to £10000.

£12000 to cure leukaemia

The balance will go to Help Harry Help others.

Not all the money will be raised on this site we will have lots of activities at Enville Golf Club.

Georgina and her team do so much to help and support people that are affected by cancer.

Harry was an inspiration at such a young age, he made a difference to such a lot of people and proud of the work his mum is doing.

We will always do our bit to help.

RARE Phyllodes Tumours.

We are raising £10000 to help Sandip Nagar in his quest to raise £100000 to help fund research into the treatment of Phyllodes Tumours in the memory of his late wife Darshana Nagar.

GFI

We are raising £5000 to donate a wheel chair to this charity that is so close to the hearts of a lot of our members at Enville.

Cure Leukaemia

We are raising £12000 for the charity in the honour of our former Professional how lost his fight to this cancer.

Also to fund the London to Paris bike ride in order to raise money for this charity for Chris Hawkins and his son Stuart.

This is in the memory of Chris Daughter Julia who also lost her fight to this cancer 40 years ago.

MNDA

This is the charity for our madam Captain Kim Lumley, Kim has completed her challenge and smashed it 100 bike ride .

We will top up the charity for our madam captain charity to £10000.
