Story
In June I'll be driving from Toulouse to Majorca in a glittered up old banger, wearing fancy dress every, single, day. If that wasn't enough, as part of that I need to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust!
So I'm going to raise money the only way I know how - by ingesting increasingly questionable quantities of apples.
For every donation milestone hit, I’ll celebrate by having another portion of apples, starting at 2 portions for just £10!
The ultimate goal? £1,000 and 10 portions - but I'll probably be regretting my life choices long before then.
I will be completing (or attempting to complete) the below challenges as I go.
£10 in donations - 2 portions of apples - Name 10 countries in 20 seconds
£30 in donations - 3 portions of apples - Do a 30-second plank
£70 in donations - 4 portions of apples - Recite a poem or song lyrics (4+ lines)
£130 in donations - 5 portions of apples - Balance a book on my head and walk 5 steps
£250 in donations - 6 portions of apples - Answer basic maths questions
£400 in donations - 7 portions of apples - Stack 6 coins into a tower
£570 in donations - 8 portions of apples - Do my best impression of a celebrity chosen by friends
£750 in donations - 9 portions of apples - Build a three level house of cards
£1,000 in donations - 10 portions of apples - Deliver a formal ‘thank you’ speech using a random accent chosen by friends
Every donor will receive video evidence of the highs and lows of the event.
