I would love if you would donate to RASASC NW. This is a charity that support and provide (free) counselling for those who have been sexually abused or raped.

It is a charity that is super important and does amazing work, to help many many people! Myself, and a few friends are going to run the cannock chase 10k.

I have NEVER done any type of long distance running (I can't even run 5k without stopping currently) - so I am looking forward to this challenge. And I am super excited to do this for RASASC.

If you could donate - even a couple of quid I would be super grateful! The counsellors are funded through the charity and it couldn't be a service without donations (hopefully like yours).
