Warrior Breed boxing gym will be doing half a marathon walk/run followed by a open workout by Amaar Akbar and team warrior breed at PKWA with stalls activities for all the family including BBQ.

Half marathon will start at 130pm on the 8th September from JD gyms.

Followed by the open workout and activities from 4-8pm at PKWA.

This has all been organised to raise funds for the much needed hospital in Kashmir, KORT hospital.

HELP KORT SAVE LIVES BY BUILDING THE LARGEST FREE-OF-COST HOSPITAL IN AZAD KASHMIR

The Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) said: When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them, (Hadith, Muslim).

No matter where you live in Pakistan. Every person should have the right to

- Quality of care and environment

- Respect and dignity

- Compassion

- Right to have their lives improved by appropriate clinical care

With a population of 4 million people spread out over 5 thousand square miles, access to a healthcare facility is a major issue in Azad Kashmir.

Those who do live near a healthcare facility are not able to afford expensive lifesaving treatments or find that the facility does not provide specialist services that they need and some sadly pass away before reaching a specialist hospital. A saddening experience that we all can relate towards.

To alleviate the pain of the suffering humanity in Azad Kashmir, KORT is building the largest hospital in AJK which will provide free quality healthcare for all and ensure the people of AJK get the right care, in the right place, whenever they need it.

The project will include a 500-bed multidisciplinary hospital with a range of specialised care and secondary care services that will be introduced in stages such as

* Emergency Medicine (Adult & Paediatric)

* Paediatric Medicine

* General Surgery (Adult & Paediatrics)

* Obstetrics & Gynaecology

* Orthopaedics & Trauma

* Nephrology & Dialysis

* Ear Nose & Throat

* Neurosurgery

* Medical Intensive Care Unit(Micu)

* Surgical Intensive Unit (Sicu)

* Coronary Care Unit (Ccu)

* Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (Picu)

* Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nicu)

The hospital will be built close to the existing KORT Educational Complex along Jatlan Road in Mirpur Azad Kashmir.

This is the perfect opportunity for us to donate as Sadaqah-e-Jariyah (continuous reward) for us and our loved ones who have departed this temporary world.
