The charity provides free, flexible and personalised mental health support to young people aged 11–25 across the Winchester district, helping them navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Through services such as one‑to‑one counselling, walk‑and‑talk sessions, nature therapy and an accessible youth wellbeing drop‑in, Winchester Youth Counselling plays a vital role in ensuring young people can access timely, compassionate support in a safe and non‑judgemental environment.

With increasing pressure on youth mental health services and reduced funding across the sector, the charity’s work is more important than ever.
