5 years ago me and a friend took on the challenge of climbing up and down Pen Y Fan fives times in one day.

We did this in memory of our of friend who we had lost a few months before. We raised money for the Wales Air Ambulance as without them we would never have had a chance to say goodbye to our friend

On the 25th of March I will attempting to redo this minus the Mankini I wore the last time. This will be in rememberace of Simon and the great work wales air ambulance do every day.
