Momentum partner with local hospitals in Surrey, Sussex and London to offer personally tailored support to the entire family through our family support workers, both in hospital and at home. support services include counselling, creative therapies, experiences and respite breaks. Should the unthinkable happen, the bereavement arm of our charity, Momentum Echoes, is there to support families through the heartbreak of losing their child.
