Not too far, but two great causes. And, whilst the kids run around endlessly, i've been horizontal for much of the past 5 years, so will be challenge enough.

Lottie and Archie will be running a very sensible 1 mile, then i will be running 10k, though they've changed the course, so it's 11k now seemingly.

Totnes caring is a great local charity that offers support to older people locally to enable them to live better independent lives. Emily works with them on Mondays.
