At Rays of Sunlight, we are deeply committed to supporting the Alzheimer's Society, a cause that holds profound significance for us. On June 8th, we're excited to participate in the Penwortham Gala, where we'll host a stall featuring a tombola with incredible prizes generously donated by our community.

For those unable to attend the gala or who wish to honour a loved one affected by dementia, we've created this JustGiving page. Your contributions will enable us to raise vital funds for the Alzheimer's Society, helping us make a meaningful difference in the lives of those impacted by this condition.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?

"In October 2016, my father, Ray, faced terminal cancer. I stood by him until his peaceful passing in July 2017.

One of his final wishes was that I go forward and support others in the same way that I had supported and comforted him. Hence, in April 2019 I set up ‘Rays of Sunlight’ in his memory and incorporated his name into the business name.

Since then, we've recognised the widespread loneliness people face, especially those seeking independence while battling illness. Our focus is on social support, working with clients, families, and care agencies to foster wellness and confidence.

Our growth has been rapid, expanding our reach to support individuals with diverse needs, including those with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and those seeking companionship or home help. We've built a network of contacts to provide tailored services to those we support"
