Six keen runners - Beth, Kieran, Martin, Paul, Rachel and Rhona - from the Cardiff office of RBC Brewin Dolphin are once again taking on the Cardiff 10k.

This year, we are fundraising for our office's charity partner, Cruse Bereavement Support.

Cruse are the UK's leading bereavement charity, and we know first-hand how valuable their support and guidance is when people really need it the most.
