Team Neigh Pain, Neigh Gain are taking on Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) by night to raise funds for the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA).

This challenge is personal to us. Gill, Helen, Jo, Carol and Ceri all work for RDA, and through our roles we see first-hand, every day, the life-changing impact the RDA has on participants, volunteers and families. From increased confidence and independence to moments of achievement that simply wouldn’t happen elsewhere, RDA’s work goes far beyond the arena.

Grant volunteers with RDA at the National Championships, seeing up close the pride, determination and joy that comes from being part of the RDA community. Those experiences are what motivated us to take on this challenge together.

RDA is a national charity that uses horses to improve the lives of people with disabilities and long-term health conditions. Through riding, carriage driving and non-ridden activities, RDA provides safe, inclusive and empowering opportunities — made possible by dedicated volunteers, skilled coaches and incredible horses.

So while we’ll be dealing with tired legs, sore muscles and a long climb in the dark, it’s nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by many of the people RDA supports.

Every donation helps RDA continue delivering high-quality sessions, supporting volunteers, and caring for the horses that make this work possible.
