Just how many 71 year-olds do you know who are going to trek in Tibet?

Tibet is the Land of the Clouds where I shall be reaching for the sky or at least £500 towards our church’s heating fund.

I am over 70 and will be aiming to cover 70 miles over 7 days and reaching 16,000 feet. The air at this level is much thinner than at sea-level so this will be a significant challenge.

Our local community is also facing the challenge of replacing the defunct Victorian heating system in St Peter’s Framilode - a lovely Victorian Arts and Crafts church which serves the local community, with a system that is economic and eco-friendly. This is going to cost £47,000. Please help us keep this gem of a building active by making a donation to my Reach for the Clouds fund.
