Inshallah later this year I will be travelling to Kenya with the Human Appeal team to hand deliver aid to our brothers and sisters! My goal is to raise £10,000 to help as many people as I can affected by starvation. Please help me reach my target in the most charitable month of the year 🤍

A person dies every 48 seconds in East Africa

After little to no rain for three entire seasons, hunger in Kenya is higher than has been for thirty years. Devastating losses to crops and livestock have caused an unimaginable increase in hunger levels, with a staggering 55% increase in severely malnourished children being admitted into clinics.

The worst hunger levels in three decades are a culmination of cyclical droughts, conflict, climate shocks, rising food prices, and national debt. There is no end in sight as the nation continues to await the mercy of rain.

£30 – Can provide a family with 2 bread deliveries per week for two months.

£40 - Can be a lifeline to a family in crisis. Provide a vulnerable family with food, clean water, and medical aid. Your donation can transform the recovery of a family that has lost their home and livelihood.

£70 – Can keep a family-of-five fed and nourished for an entire month with a wholesome and nutritious food parcel.

£70 – Can provide a family with 20 litres of fuel, keeping them warm through winter.

£100 – provide emergency food and water to impoverished families. Food parcels containing; 60 kilograms of rice, flour, sugar, oil and milk powder & more. Contribute towards a shallow water well providing clean water to a village of 2000 people.

£100 - Can provide an emergency kit - provide a family with food, water, and basic medical care.

£200 – Can provide 200 babies with access to the neonatal new rehabilitated care unit within its first six months.

£250 - Can help us be ready to respond rapidly, wherever and whenever disaster strikes, helping families to survive.
