Human Appeal provides relief to victims of natural disasters, wars and social hardship. It improves the quality of life of underprivileged communities through our projects that aim to provide education, health and social development. It looks after the wellbeing of orphans.

Story

Hundreds were injured, left homeless and made to live in horrific conditions after the catastrophic Turkey Earthquake in recent years, they are still facing the aftermath now!

*£100 - Emergency aid - help us to provide urgent food, water and medical aid to survivors of the earthquake.*

This could by Turkey’s largest earthquake. Buildings are still collapsed.

Millions of Syrian refugees live close to the epicentre. Turkey is the world’s largest host of refugees with 3.7 million Syrians taking refuge in the country.

Thousands of homes were affected, with families living in temporary accommodation since this and never being able to recover. Human Appeal continuously on the ground working in close coordination with the local authorities, monitoring the events and participating in the humanitarian efforts to provide vital assistance to affected families, who are in urgent need.

- The 7.8 magnitude quake struck Turkey while people were asleep and dozens of aftershocks have been felt since

- 912 people were killed in Turkey alone, with more than 5,300 wounded

- Millions of people across Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Cyprus and Palestine felt the earthquake - the epicentre was near the Turkish city of Gaziantep
