Charity Event in Aid of RE:ACT · 13 March 2023

REACT Disaster Response is a humanitarian rapid response charity, operating in the UK and overseas. Our volunteer Response Teams deploy to emergencies to save lives and alleviate suffering. We specialise in high-tempo, dynamic and complex crises in the immediate aftermath of disasters.

Story

We are the Event Agency “Start to Finish”. We are hosting a variety evening "ACTS IN ACTION" to help fundraise on behalf of the charity RE:ACT.

RE:ACT is an emergency and crisis response charity, operating in the UK and overseas.

They repurpose the hard-earned skills and experience of military veterans and turn them into exceptionally agile and resilient humanitarians, capable of rapidly deploying when people need immediate and urgent relief.

They provide direct humanitarian action when it's most needed, protecting the vulnerable and supporting critical infrastructure and frontline services.

Our event will take place on Monday 13th March, at The Macbeth, Hoxton. Please see our Instagram @EVENTSS2F for more details and the link to our ticket page.

As part of the Postgraduate Course with the Event Academy, we have been tasked with raising £3,000 on behalf of this charity. We have been studying for the last 6 months and previously worked on a variety of projects. This is our final live event and we hope you can join us to raise money for such a great cause.

We understand that the current living crisis makes giving more difficult than before, however, whilst disasters are still occurring around the world, no amount is too small to help those in more unfortunate positions than ourselves.
