Am I crazy?

I have joined an intrepid team which will take on an overnight Escape the Room style wilderness event in the Lake District to raise funds for Blue Light Card Foundation - supporting our Blue Light community.

Our aircraft has come down amidst rough terrain. The temperatures are plummeting, and we must complete a variety of challenges, from rock scrambling and raft building, to tunnelling and abseiling, to move the team to safety.

Camping overnight in the wilds, we must work together to overcome adversity, solve puzzles and display some of the physical and mental strengths that the Blue Light community call on every day as they work to keep us safe.

Fundraising targets will keep things competitive, so here's where you can help – depending on the amounts raised, we might secure luxury accommodation, clues or a cold-water swim and a mealworm snack! My fate is in your hands…
