Rebecca Barry is raising money for Acorns Children's Hospice Trust

Acorns Great Wall of China Trek 2025 · 10 May 2025 ·

In May 2025, #TeamAcorns will be taking on one of the Great Wonders of the World in this challenge of a lifetime. Help support them to raise vital funds for local life limited and life threatened children and their families.

Story

I have pledged to raise a minimum of £3,500 for Acorns Children's Hospice.

🏯 To achieve this, I will be taking part in lots of events, with the end goal to undertake a 50k trek of the Great Wall of China in May 2025.

🏃‍♀️ My first challenge will be running the Manchester Marathon on the 14th April 2024.

👯 Over the next 14 months, myself and the team will be organising lots of different challenges and events including a 12 hour Danceathon (18th May); Family Fun Day (July); Quiz Night (September) and Casino Night (October).

💷 If, at any stage, you are able to donate to this incredible charity, myself and the team at Acorns Children’s Hospice Louise Skidmore will be so grateful.

Wish me luck on this exciting fund-raising journey – I can’t wait to support this incredible charity.
