I’m taking on 5K a Day in May for CALM.
This is a cause that really matters to me. Mental health can be heavy, lonely and hard to talk about, and knowing there is somewhere to turn can make more difference than people realise.
CALM exists for the moments when people need someone there, and I want to help support that work in whatever way I can.
So throughout May, I’ll be walking, running, limping, shuffling or dramatically negotiating with my legs to complete 5K every day.
I’m raising money for CALM so they can keep being there for people when things feel heavy, hopeless or too much to carry alone.
Any donation, no matter the size, would mean a lot.
