Thank you for visiting this page in memory of Gary.

Gary was a devoted husband, an incredibly proud dad, and a much-loved son, brother, uncle and friend. Family meant everything to him, and some of his happiest moments were simply spent making memories with the people he loved. He had a warm smile, a great sense of humour, and a way of bringing people together that will never be forgotten.

Gary’s passing has left an enormous hole in our lives, and he is missed more than words can express. While nothing can take away that loss, we hope that by supporting the Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research UK, something positive can come from his memory.

Tash has chosen this charity because she wants to help fund research that improves the early detection of bowel cancer, particularly in people who have few or no obvious symptoms, and to support research into the increasing number of younger people being diagnosed with the disease. Our hope is that this vital work will lead to earlier diagnosis, better treatments and, ultimately, save lives so that fewer families have to experience the heartbreak that ours has.
