Rebecca Churchill is raising money for ADHD Aware

Brighton and Hove 10k 2026 · 5 April 2026 ·

We are a national charity providing peer support and a safe space to access a like-minded community. We meet both online and in person 7 times a month to raise awareness and share resources around living with neurodiversity. We are unique in that we are user-led - no topic is too big or small.

Story

This April I'm taking on the challenge of the Brighton & Hove 10k to raise money for ADHD Aware.

ADHD Aware are a wonderful local organisation run by volunteers who provide invaluable support to people with ADHD, primarily in the form of peer discussion groups that run monthly, and are free to attend.

Their running costs are about £1000 a month, so anything you can donate will make a big impact.

I decided to sign up for the Brighton & Hove 10k while working at the event a year ago, and until very recently had never run this far in my life!
