Running for Rescue Cats 🐾

Hello and thank you so much for visiting our page!

My name is Beki and I work at Preston Capitol Vets for Pets. We work very closely with the wonderful A Purrfect Friend Cat Rescue, who do incredible work helping stray and abandoned cats across Preston and South Ribble 😻

To help raise much-needed funds for this amazing rescue, four of our brilliant colleagues have decided to take on a huge challenge — running a half marathon 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

They’re training hard, putting in the miles, and pushing themselves every week. So far, the furthest they’ve run is 13K… but a half marathon is a massive 21K 👀

That’s a lot of sore legs, early mornings, and determination — all for the cats 🐾

Every penny raised will go directly towards helping A Purrfect Friend Cat Rescue continue their vital work:

• Providing medical care

• Supporting foster homes

• Rehabilitating injured or unwell cats

• Giving vulnerable cats the second chance they deserve 💕
