"When I lost my Relocation case, I felt like my world collapsed, I felt not heard, not considered (same for my son) that no-one cares about how I'm going to live in a country that's not mine (at the time I was unemployed with job opportunity in my home country but it didn't matter). I felt like even though I offered regular visits, travel between the countries was only 2 hrs by plane and I offer time to compensate for loss of 50/50 schedule, nothing mattered to the court. I felt discriminated because I'm a foreigner. I felt that the father's visitation and parental rights were more important than anything else."
