In August 2016, our eldest daughter Isabelle passed away shortly after she was born. This October - Baby Loss Awareness Month - I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in memory of her.

I'm fundraising for Tommy’s, a charity that funds vital research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth, and provides support for families navigating the heartbreak of baby loss. Their work means so much to Will and I and to so many others who’ve experienced the unimaginable.

Running this race is my way of honouring Isabelle, raising awareness, and helping ensure that more families get the answers, care and hope they deserve.
