Three Peaks · 6 September 2025

We provide health and social care services for people with mental illness, drug and alcohol problems and learning disabilities in Surrey and NE Hampshire. Your donations help us fund special projects, equipment, research and improve environments not funded by the NHS for people who use our services.

Story

I am converting my love of the outside (which does great things for my mental health and wellbeing) to a personal challenge and fundraising opportunity. I am raising money for the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Charity, which goes above and beyond, and works so hard to make an incredible difference to the mental health and wellbeing of the people supported by this wonderful NHS Trust.

On 6th September 2025, myself and one other friend will be driving to the Scottish Highlands to begin our Three Peaks in Three Days challenge. Between us, we will be sharing the approx 1,300 mile journey around the UK to hike the highest points in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) across three days. The total hiking distance is 23 miles and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft).

I am no master at hiking and so this will be a real challenge for me personally. Knowing that this adventure could make a small difference to the lives of others through fundraising will certainly keep me going. I am so grateful for any support 💕

We are the official charity of Surrey and Borders Partnership, a leading NHS provider of mental health services. Our mission is to improve the mental, physical health and wellbeing of 1.3 million people across Surrey and NE Hampshire.

Mental health affects 1 in 4 people annually, yet only 1 in 8 receive the care they need. While the NHS supports our work, growing demand means we must do more.

Your donations help fund special projects, new equipment, research, and improve environments.

Together, we can support better mental health for all.
