I’m taking part in Moonlight Memory Walk Clevedon for Children’s Hospice South West. They are an incredible team of people who look after and support babies, children, young people and their families, with kindness, compassion and respect. We will always be grateful for the support they provided when gorgeous Kobi was with them in February.
