I am immensely proud to be part of the wider DM team raising funds to support ARUK. Funding for research is so important, and too many of us are experiencing the effects of dementia, including my mother.

I have cycled a leg of the Blenheim Triathlon and am walking part of the Cotswold Way as part of our Super Saturday fundraising day.

To give myself an added ongoing challenge, I commit to swimming, running and cycling a Sprint Triathlon every week until the end of the year. Who knows, maybe I'll enter another triathlon and do it all in one go again!
