So, after saying I'd never do one again, I've sign up for my second half marathon.

I'm raising money in my mum's memory for the fantastic charity INQUEST, who support families following state related deaths (for example in mental health settings, prisons or following multi agency failures).

They gave me vital support after my mum's death, and without their support, all the failures in the run up to her death wouldn't have been uncovered. Their work ensures failures are learnt from deaths like hers, and makes these services safer for everyone.
