A team of Social Prescribers from Barnsley Healthcare Federation are taking part in the 'On Yer Bike' ride on 19th May to support the EyUp! Charity!

We see, on a daily basis, the struggles people face when living with trauma, anxiety or isolation and the effect good mental health support, community and connection can have.

So, we'll be riding for 33 miles from Barnsley to Wakefield to raise money for EyUp! Please support us to support others.
