UPDATE!!! **********

thank you to everyone who sponsored me - it was a gnarly day - with thunder, lightning, wind and rain … and a bit of sun … 22 intrepid abseilers made it down from the top of Guildford cathedral - it was the scariest thing I have ever done - and I am so thankful to you all for supporting me!!

I am taking part in the 2024 Godalming Abseil as part of the 200th anniversary of the RNLI - over 200 years the RNLI has saved over 146,000 lives and the RNLI crew members show massive amounts of courage to answer the call - to rescue people at sea, in conditions where all of us would prefer to be safely tucked up at home with a cup of tea.

I support the RNLI in memory of my mother - who would think I am absolutely mad to be throwing myself off the roof of Guildford Cathedral - particularly as I am petrified of heights(!)

The RNLI depends on donations and the generosity of the public.... Thank you for your support to help the RNLI save more lives at sea!
