Anybody who knows me will know that running has never been a talent of mine. Give me a barbell any day over a pair of running trainers.

So what better way to challenge myself then book a marathon! 

I will be raising money for the North West Air Ambulance charity. I’ve been a Road Policing Sergeant in Lancashire Police for a few years now and in that time I’ve seen first hand the unbelievable work NWAA do in such tragic situations. Saving lives and giving people the best chance of survival from catastrophic injuries. Life is fragile and you never know when you or a loved one could be at the receiving end of North West Air Ambulances services.
