WHY am I dancing?...for 12 hours straight?...it’s for my Mum…and for all the other amazing women who have been affected by Breast Cancer.

On 10th May I’ll be dancing – from 12 noon to 12 midnight(!) – for my lovely Mum who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019.

She had a mastectomy followed by chemotherapy. Through it all she was incredibly brave and positive – and the treatment process was a success...

However, sadly the cancer has reared its ugly head again. This time it’s in her bones. She is once again undergoing treatment – and she is once again being incredibly brave and positive.

I am super excited to be part of Rowan’s Empowering Women Network and I can’t wait to dance the day AND night away with so many fantastic women who are joining forces to help raise awareness and funds for such an important charity: Prevent Breast Cancer.
