13 years ago, Hendrix and Risha roped me into crawling through mud, electric shocks and what felt like Satan’s own obstacle course…

The challenge: to do the Tough Mudder 13 miles, 25 obstacles - it happened to take place the week after they found out Craig, Risha's brother had passed away. So it was the first ever fundraising event held for Coffee 4 Craig.

Now 13 years later the difference they have made to thousands of people without homes as the founders of Coffee4Craig is nothing short of incredible. The charity that began as going out on the streets armed with nothing but a thermos of coffee and warm words, has gone onto be so much more than anyone could have ever imagined, to give hope to so many people and to grow into such an incredible drop in centre, plus so much more!!

Now look at us.13 years older.13 years creakier.And somehow still making questionable life choices in trainers.

Although this time there may be less sprinting and more ibuprofen.Less athletic grace and more “someone help me off this hay bale.”

But honestly, seeing what Coffee4Craig has become since Craig first inspired us all those years ago makes every muddy, aching step worth it ❤️
