The Eades Launch & LandAid Event, supported by Long Harbour and Way of Life.

Rebecca Taylor is raising money for LandAid
We're celebrating the launch of The Eades, Walthamstow by abseiling from the 34th floor to support LandAid! Help us raise funds to end youth homelessness and give vulnerable young people a brighter future. Donate and make a real difference.

Story

Ever thought about pushing me off a building?

Well, I’m about to beat you to it, for a good cause! 😅

On 18th September, I’ll be abseiling down 34 storeys of The Eades, one of Walthamstow’s newest towers (nearly half the height of The Shard!) – all to raise money for LandAid, a charity dedicated to ending youth homelessness in the UK.

Every 4 minutes, a young person in the UK becomes homeless. With the ongoing cost of living and housing crises, that number is only expected to rise. LandAid works tirelessly to provide safe, secure, and supported accommodation, and I want to help them do even more.

I’d be incredibly grateful for your support – whether that’s through a donation, a share, or just some good old-fashioned cheering me on as I descend a 34-storey drop!
