This November, my brother James and I have challenged ourselves to take on HYROX to help raise money for people living with cancer.

Our Auntie Sarah was diagnosed with a terminal cancer when we were younger and MacMillan helped to look after her. We are doing this in her memory.

Auntie Sarah and I used to go to lots of fitness classes together and I think she'd have wanted to take part in a HYROX with me if she were still here. 🩷

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

We would be so grateful if you could help us reach our £800 pledge, which could run the Macmillan Support Line phone service for 1 hour.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
