On the 17th May, myself, my sister Naomi, my Mum Patsy and my Auntie Heather, are all taking part in the 100km ultra challenge event and will be walking the jurassic coast from Corfe castle to Bridport.

We have completed the various sections of this course but this year we decided to go all out and we are completing the full 100km continuous. This means we are walking until we get to the finish line......no sleeping.

Dorset Mind is a local charity who has supported Dorset’s mental health for over 75 years. They connect and change minds, bringing people together to make genuine change within their communities.

The charity supports both adults and children by delivering life-changing services, including active monitoring and triage in Doctor’s surgeries, counselling, wellbeing groups, and mentoring.
