Jog28 for the 28 people diagnosed with leukaemia every day.

2 years ago our family received the devastating news that my dad had the incurable diagnosis of AML. As a family we were devastated. Unfortunately he was given the prognosis of 6 months to 2 years. Thanks to the amazing Drs, nurses and medications they have been able to give us more time with him.

Anyone who knows my dad will know what an amazing man he is. He goes above and beyond for his family. When I say this man is a legend it is an understatement. He has been an amazing husband, father and grandad to us all. I watch how hard he fights to be here with his family.

My wife and I have taken on the challenge of running 28 miles in November to raise money to help towards vital research so one day hopefully families don’t have to lose loved ones to this horrible disease.
